What happened to Zoltan Tombol? Zoltan Tombol, 42, a sheriff’s deputy from Yorba Linda, of LA county, is missing. Tombol was last seen on Sunday, October 18. His wife, Mrs Tombol, said her husband left home to go jogging or hiking.

Tombol’s pickup was found on Green River Road. Searchers have started combing the terrain in the Cleveland National Forest and Corona. Land and air searches are on-going.

Tombol is an employee of the LA County Sheriff’s department. Tombol has worked for 19 years there and he is assigned to the training division.

Mrs Tombol reported her husband missing since Sunday evening. Mr Tombol failed to fetch his son from a relative’s home and didn’t return home. That was when she realized something might have happened and reported her husband as missing.
