Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi is alleged to be a member of Lashkar-e-Taiba, the group behind the terrorists attacks in Mumbai, India. Pakistan state troops raided a camp and arrested Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi. The video of Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi is at the link.
