In Casablanca, Zahra Aboutalib could not give birth normally in 1955. She was afraid of dying on the operating table. She endured pain for a few days and later on, her baby was not born. Zahra Aboutalib ignored this and lived her life for decades.

Zahra Aboutalib adopted children and had grandchildren. At 75, Zahra Aboutalib developed pains again. Around 2001, a doctor scanned her and discovered the dead stone baby which had turned into stone.

Zahra Aboutalib’s body developed a layer of calcium to protect her body from this dead baby. This stone baby had fused with some of Zahra Aboutalib’s internal organs. The surgeons had a difficult time removing the dead stone baby. There were many cases of stone babies but Zahra Aboutalib’s stone baby had spent the longest time, 46 years, inside her body. That was in 2001. This story has been around since then.
