Zach Randolph: Zach Randolph pleaded not guilty

By Therese Lisieux on April 28th, 2009

Zach Randolph, the Los Angeles Clipper, was arrested for DUI on April 6. The California Highway Patrol caught Randolph driving his Rolls Royce in a meandering manner weaving in and out of his lane. Randolph failed his field sobriety test.

Although it was reported he was arrested for DUI, he was charged for reckless driving.

Randolph’s case was heard in court on April 27. Randolph’s lawyer, Blair Berk, handled his case in his absence. Berk said Randolph was not charged with a DUI because he did not commit one.

Zach Randolph pleaded not guilty to his charge of reckless driving. Reckless driving is a misdemeanor charge.
