Xzeniyeju Chukwuezi, 18, allegedly killed Soheil Turner, 15, on Dudley Street at 7:20 a.m. on May 7 2009. Chukwuezi is accused by killing Turner in cold blood by firing 2 bullets into his head. After fatally shooting Turner, Chukwuezi went to his high school at William McKinley Preparatory High School, in the Fenway.

Soheil Turner was a middle school student waiting at the bus stop on Dudley Street when he was assassinated in cold blood.

Chukwuezi is allegedly a gang member of Dudley Street Posse. Turner was not a member of any gang but was targeted because of some gang conflict. Chukwuezi’s arraignment is expected on Wednesday, May 20, in Roxbury District Court.
