Wynonna Judd won $50,000 in her guest appearance on “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire”. Judd would be donating the prize money to her favorite charity, the Backpack Mission Ministries.

This charity fills backpacks with food and donates them to children in needy homes in Kentucky’s most rural regions. The Backpack Ministries has a mission to donate food to 350 children under the age of 15 in the Appalachian Mountains in Kentucky, which is Judd’s home state.

The backpack contains food to tide over the child for the weekend until the child returns to school and gets food in school on weekdays.
