When Khagendra reaches 18, he will be officially confirmed by the Guinness Book Of World Records as the World’s Smallest Man.

He Ping Ping currently holds the title as the World’s Smallest Man as he measures at 2 feet 5 inches tall. He Ping Ping lives in China.
