Wo Weihan, 60, was executed in China. Wo Weihan was accused of spying for Taiwan. Wo Weihan’s 2 daughters, Ran Chen and Di Chen, were promised a last meeting with their father on Fri., Nov. 28. However, they were informed on Fri. that their father, Wo Weihan, had already been executed.

Ran Chen and Di Chen were bereaved and simultaneously indignant that their father was killed before they had a chance to say goodbye. Ran Chen and Di Chen are Austrian citizens while their father, Wo Weihan, lived in Austria during the 1990s. The European Union and USA have questioned the validity of Wo Wthe spying charges against Wo Weihan.

Ran Chen last saw her father on Thur. Nov. 27 and she said he was unaware of his impending death and did not leave instructions for a will. Wo Weihan was executed by a gunshot.
