Winter Sumpter has sued the Black Eyed Peas, Blacked Eyed Peas Touring and other staff for unspecified damages. Winter Sumptere was a worker on the rehearsal set of the BEP when she suffered injuries.

Sumpter said she fell on a flight of stairs on the set because a tread on the stair was detached. Sumpter said she fell through the step and was injured. Sumpter claimed she had permanent injuries.
