Updated April 21, 2009 – Jamie Foxx is now being sued by a bartender who worked at Foxx’s party bar. William Presler claimed he was so severely injured at Foxx’s bar counter in 2007 that he has to abandon his ambition of becoming a neuro surgeon.

Foxx had hosted a party in club Social in Hollywood. The bar counter was made of ice. Presler alleged that the guests broke their glasses around the counter. Presler said the manager refused to let him clean up the broken glass fragments.

Presler claimed he slipped, fell and cut his left hand on the glass fragments. Presler said he needed 170 stitches to mend his cut nerves in his left hand. Presler said his injury has cost him his ambition to work as a neurosurgeo. William Presler wants compensation.
