William Allen: Bus driver Allen on assault charges

William Allen, 66, a school bus driver, was accused of using a knife to threaten 3 of his passengers who were in 6th grade. William Allen accused them of leaving Oreo cookie crumbs on a seat. William Allen is from Mansfield, Texas. Mansfield is southeast of Fort Worth.

Police have confiscated Allen’s pen knife and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. William Allen was taken into police custody.

Two students who were passengers on Allen’s bus told their parents Allen removed them from his bus on Wed., Dec. 17. These students from Mary Orr Intermediate School complained to their parents that William Allen threatened to cut their wrists for not admitting they left crumbs on the bus seats.

William Allen has been placed on paid leave while the authorities investigate the school students’ allegations. William Allen was released from custody of the Tarrant County jail.
