Michael Phelps may have been rejected by Amanda Beard but he has found a woman who appreciated him. Stephanie Rice, Australian gold medal swimmer, may be his new girlfriend.

NYP sources said Michael Phelps was seen outside the Olympic Village with Stephanie Rice. Rice and Phelps were kissing. Rice had a boyfriend in fellow Aussie, Eamon Sullivan but they have broken up recently. Some swimmers have seen Rice and Phelps together and they were gossiping about the hot new romance with Michael Phelps and Stephanie Rice.
