Western carolina University, in North Carolina, had a dead bear cub dumped at the front door of one of its administration buildings. The bear cub carcass had Barack Obama election posters staples and attached over its head. The bear cub had been shot.

Bear hunting season had commenced last week in North Carolina. The Western Carolina University and other law enforcement authorities have promised to work together to investigate this bear cub dumping.
