Wendy Boutiette, 36, a track coach in a high school in Oregon, was accused of sex abuse on a male athlete. Boutiette’s lingerie photos were seized as evidence by Coos County D.A. Paul Frasier and Coquille Police Chief Mark Dannels.

Wendy Boutiette’s lawyer, David Terry, demanded the return of Boutiette’s pictures because they were not relevant to the sex abuse accusations. Terry said Boutiette’s husband took photos of his wife dressed in lingerie. There were about 200 of Ms Boutiette’s lingerie photos that were seized.

Terry claimed the Police Chief made 4 copies of Ms Boutiette’s lingerie pictures. Terry said he was mystified on the need to duplicate Ms Boutiette’s photos.
