Warrick Dunn tells the story of how he struggled with questions after his mother, Betty Smothers, was killed. Dunn is with NFL and plays running back. Betty Smothers was fatally shot on Jan. 7, 1993, in a robbery attempt. Smothers worked as a Baton Rouge police corporal. Kevan Brumfield was caught, tried and convicted for the crime of killing Betty Smothers. Warrick Dunn wanted to meet Brumfield.
