Vincent Gonzalez, 22, and his girlfriend had a fight in their car outside their home, in Vero Beach, Fla. Vincent Gonzalez refused to let his girlfriend leave the car so she threw his drink out the car window. Vincent Gonzalez was incensed so he smashed his cheeseburger into her face.

Vincent Gonzalez did that a second time when his girlfriend got out of the car. Vincent Gonzalez was arrested and charged. Gonzalez was charged with domestic violence. Vincent Gonzalez assaulted his girlfriend with a cheeseburger. Vincent Gonzalez has been released on a $1000 bind on Wed., Dec. 3.
