Vince McMahon, the owner of a very long running Wrestling show “RAW”, celebrated the 800th episode of RAW on Monday, Nov. 3. Vince McMahon said RAW was successful because it was more than a wrestling show. McMahon said RAW was like a variety show with action, adventure, soap opera, rock music and pyrotechnics.

On Monday night, November 3, there was a special 3 hour program for Vince McMahon’s RAW to celebrate and commemorate the special occasion of its 800th episode. This was broadcast live in Tampa, Florida. RAW had helped to launch the careers of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Stacy Keibler. It had special guest appearances from celebrities from all walks of life. Donald Trump and NBA star Shaquille O’Neal were among the popular stars on RAW.

McMahon’s wife, Linda McMahon, has appeared on RAW and so have their adult children, Shane McMahon and Stephanie Levesque.
