Vince DeMentri has started action to sue NBC, NBC 10, Lori Delgado, Dennis Bianchi and Don. Lori Delgado is a TV anchor. Dennis Bianchi is a General Manager. Don is a make security guard. Vince DeMentri is suing for libel and slander. NBC, NBC 10, Lori Delgado, Dennis Bianchi, and Don may have gossiped and slandered Vince DeMentri as he is now suing them.

One day, Lori Delgado’s car was vandalized. Lori Delgado filed a police report but they considered it a nonissue and did not take action. Vince DeMentri met Chris Blackman, NBC 10 News Director. DeMentri and Blackman talked about Delgado’s car incident. Some people working at the station thought DeMentri was responsible for the vandalism. Before this happened, Lori Delgado and Vince DeMentri had enjoyed a close relationship. Their relationship changed some time before the vandalsm occurred. DeMentri was in the process of a divorce from QVC-host wife Pat James DeMentri.
