This is the official video for Material Girls starring Hilary Duff and Haylie Duff. The story of the lawsuit is below.

Madonna, her manager Guy Oseary and Maverick Motion Pictures borrowed $400,000 from Jay Dykes Jr., and his company, Dykes and Dykes, L.L.C. Madonna allegedly used the money to make the movie “Material Girls.” The film supposedly starred Hilary Duff and Haylie Duff. The Dykes claimed they were cheated as they never got their capital back. Dykes also claimed he was omitted in the co-producer credit.
