By Clarencia Cynrae on October 7th, 2009US dollar bills have been defaced with doing over of the Presidents’ portraits. Faces which were pasted or drawn over were from Gene Simmons, Darth Vader, Batman, The Joker, The Riddler, Power Ranger, King Leonidis, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles etc.
