Tyler Frost, 17, a senior in Heritage Christian School, was warned he could face suspension for disobeying his school rules. Frost was banned from attending dancing, holding hands and listening to rock and roll music.

Frost went ahead to attend his girlfriend’s prom at her public school which had all the banned activities. Frost, of Findlay, Ohio was warned he would face suspension and miss out on his graduation but he accepted the consequences. Frost said he did not regret his decision even when he would be denied to graduate after 13 years at school. Frost might be allowed to take his finals and graduate with a different batch of students next year. Tyler Frost does not regret his suspension from school.

Stephan Johnson is Tyler Frost’s step-father. Johnson said he hired a lawyer and may sue the school.
