Tyler Edmonds & Kristi Fulgham: Edmonds trial on TruTV
By Clarencia Cynrae on January 6th, 2009Tyler Edmonds, of West Point, then 13 in 2003, was arrested for killing the husband (Joey Fulgham) of his half-sister (Kristi Fulgham). A jury in Starkville convicted Edmonds in 2004 and sentenced Edmonds to life.
In 2007, Edmonds had a new trial and the jury returned a not guilty verdict. Edmonds, now 19, said he was excited about his second murder trial being aired on TruTV. It will be broadcast next week on TruTV.
When Kristi Fulgham was arrested in 2003, she said Edmonds killed Joey Fulgham. In 2006, a jury in Oktibbeha convicted Kristi Fulgham for killing her husband and sentenced her to death. Fulgham wants to appeal her conviction so her sentence was placed on hold.

I do not believe Tyler Emonds shot Joey Fulgham and should never have been sent to prison. He was only 13, a A student and good son. He could be a very responsible individual in society and they are trying to ruin his life.

I’m so glad Tyler Edmonds’ second trial ended in a “not guilty” verdict. I think the only thing Tyler Edmonds was guilty of was loving and trusting his older half-sister, Kristi Fulgham, and allowing her to manipulate him in her “let’s murder my husband scheme.” I’m so glad it backfired on her.

YESSSS, I am sooo happy about the over turning of the Guilty verdict. I believe fully that Tyler was a victim as well of his sister Kristi. I also believe that when Tyler was given the plea of walking back into society if admission of guilt was provided by him and refused to do so says all if not everything about his absolute innocence. Only guilty accept that plea. Live your 2nd given life Tyler in amazing ways for you and all. My prayers and wishes for an amazing 2nd half.
