Troy Lancaster was killed

Troy Lancaster, 19, of Alameda, was shot in his head on Monday morning, 2:50 am, August 4, 2008. Troy Lancaster was found at 100 block of Brush Street.

Troy Lancaster was admitted into Highland Hospital, Oakland, and he passed away on the same day at 4:20 pm. Troy Lancaster, RIP.
