Troy Critchley, a professional drag car racer was charged with killing six spectators when he lost control of his car. Troy Critchley will plead guilty in return for lesser charges and may be no jail time. The accident in 2007 also injured 24 others.

Troy Critchley, a pro driver living in Texas, was charged with 28 counts of reckless vehicular homicide and 22 counts of aggravated assault in the crash in the Cars For Kids festival in Selmer, Memphis, Tennessee.
