Trevor Casey, 14, of Toledo, Ohio, resisted police who told him to walk away from a home. Casey was allegedly loitering in front of a home and police told him to leave. Casey refused. Casey was held in a head lock. Casey’s mouth was covered by an officer’s hand.

After the officer removed his hand, Casey’s mouth and face were covered with blood. Casey was then sent to hospital fro treatment. Casey was booked into a juvenile justice center. Trevor Casey’s family alleged there was police brutality involved.
