Travis Barker, Shanna Moakler, Rick Sinnott: Barker, Moakler, Sinnott question

Travis Barker said he arrived at Shanna Moakler’s family home to see Rick Sinnott’s car parked there. Barker alleged that Sinnott was a convicted child molester. Barker simply objected to having his children near Sinnott and took up this issue with Moakler. Cops were summoned to help diffuse the situation. Moakler denied that any uncle of hers was a child molester.

Is Rick Sinnott really a child molester? If so, are there are terms and conditions governing his proximity to children. The man should know and not violate the rules.
