The Travis Barker Plane Crash Update was given by federal authorities. The Learjet plane that crashed may have blown a tire on the runway.

NTSB said crew told air traffic controllers they heard a tire burst and tried to abort their takeoff. The black box, cockpit voice recorder was recovered from the crash site and will be analyzed.

William Owens, a motorist, saw Travis Barker and Adam Goldstein running away from the plane with their clothes burning. The men did not know what to do so they started stripping to remove the burning clothes. Goldstein discarded his shirt and was helping Barker to strip. The guys told William Owens that there were four more people on board but the plane was burning and it was impossible to approach it.
