Tomoshi Tanabe: world’s oldest man is Tomoshi Tanabe

Tomoshi Tanabe, the world’s oldest man, celebrates his birthday at home, in Japan. Tomoshi Tanabe is 113 years old.

Tomoshi Tanabe received a present of flowers and an award of $1000 from his Mayor of his native Miyakonojo. Tomoshi Tanabe revealed that he would like to live another 5 years. Tomoshi Tanabe had worked as a city land surveyor. Tanabe has good health, refrains from drinking alcohol, drinks milk and is a non-smoker. The world’s oldest person is a woman, Edna Parker, 115. Edna Parker, of Indiana, was born in 1893.
