TomatoBank filed a lawsuit to sue Danny Masterson for almost $3 million. Masterson took out a loan with them in 2007, to construct a condominium house for $3.2 million.

TomatoBank has alleged that Masterson failed to make monthly payments and they are suing to get their money back. It seemed the slump in real estate has affected Masterson’s housing project.

Masterson’s representative claimed the Bank had no merit to file the lawsuit as they had breached their agreement with Masterson and his partners.
