Paula Wagner, CEO of United Artists, is rumored to be resigning from her post. Paula Wagner was rumored to have issues (Rows) with MGM about the finances and creative directions of United Artists.

United Artists is 70 % owned by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc. Paula Wagner and Tom Cruise own about 30 % of UA.

Paula Wagner will continue to produce movies for UA, as well as start her own label production unit.
