TJ Miller: TJ Miller Yogi Bear audition (video)
By Clarencia Cynrae on November 28th, 2009TJ Miller was totally fearless when he auditioned for the part of Ranger Jones in “Yogi Bear”. TJ Jones wanted to get a part in the new movie badly enough to try a new innovative way of presenting his video taped audition. Miller staged a script reading with a real, live bear. The bear was being fed treats by an animal trainer while it stood very close to Miller.
Miller read out some lines while the bear interrupted him by eating his script. Then Miller showed off his courage by feeding the bear a mashmallow held between his lips. The bear was able to pluck the treat gingerly from Miller’s mouth.
TJ Miller won his part. Miller has started shooting for his role n Yogi Bear. Yogi Bear is directed by Eric Brevig.
Yogi Bear will be partly acted out by real, live actors. Some parts will be made by animation. Yogi Bear’s voice is being done by Dan Aykroyd. Boo-Boo’s voice will be provided by Justin Timberlake. Ranger Smith is acted out by an actor named Smith. The Chief of Staff is played by Nate Corddry.
