Updated on March 12: Tina Davis denied she was responsible for sending Chris Brown text messages that suggested she had an intimate relationship with Brown. Davis maintained she had a professional relationship with Brown. Davis said if she can discover the source of the rumor, she might sue the person.

Well, Ms Davis can ask TMZ.

Chris Brown received a booty call from his manager and ex girlfriend. TMZ identified Tina Davis as the woman who sent Brown the booty call that made Rihanna angry. Davis is 39 going on 40. Brown is 19. Photos of Davis are at the link.

The affidavit did not identify the woman but the gossip site did. Davis allegedly had a sexual relationship with Brown when he was 16. Will someone be prosecuted for having a sexual relationship with a minor? No, because both have denied it as both know the law on this.
