Tiffany Reynolds, 26, lost control of her car on Interstate 880 in Oakland, California, on Monday, May 25. Reynolds, of Richmond, crashed into a wall and affected everyone in her car. Reynolds suffered a broken neck and had several other injuries.

Tiffany Reynolds’ domestic partner, Sara Tierra, died at the site of the crash. Reynolds’ brother-in-law, David Tierra, also died at the scene. Sara Tierra’s twin sons, 3 years old, were sent to hospital. The boys are in critical condition and on life support. The young kids were not in their child seats, as required by law.

Tiffany Reynolds will be arrested for vehicular manslaughter, drunk driving and related charges.
