Thomas Tholen testifies against cousin Roger Bergendorff about ricin

Thomas Tholen, 54, pleaded guilty to lying charges. Thomas Tholen knew that his cousin Roger Bergendorff made ricin, a deadly biological agent, but he lied to FBI and police about it.

Thomas Tholen explained he lied because he was afraid. Roger Bergendorff was hospitalized because of his exposure to ricin. He has recovered.
