Thomas William Randolph was arrested on Thur., Jan 8. Randolph was charged with conspiracy to commit murder, murder with a weapon and burglary. Randolph killed his wife, Sharon Clausse Randolph, 57, and Michael James Miller.

Police suspected Randolph staged a burglary/ home invasion in a plot to kill Sharon Clausse Randolph for insurance compensation. Randolph killed Miller because he had initially hired Miller to kill his wife. Thomas Randolph was arrested in Salt Lake City but has to be extradited to Nevada to face charges and his trial.
