Updated May 1 – Thomas Pate, husband of Micah Pate, was a suspect in the disappearance of his wife. Mr Pate broke under pressure and told police where to find Micah’s body. Police recovered Micah Pate’s body off Brunswick Road near the Loosahatchie River on Friday night, May 1.

Thomas Pate is in police custody. On Saturday, May 2, Thomas Pate will be charged in court for the murder of Micah Pate.

Micah Denise Pate is missing in Bartlett, Tennessee. Pate went out jogging Thursday evening, April 30. Pate failed to return home by 10:30pm. Micah Pate’s husband reported her missing at 10:30 pm.

Pate, 26, is white, has short blond hair, stands at 5 feet 5 inches, and weighs 115 pounds. Pate was last seen wearing a long sleeve blue shirt with brown pants. Pate left behind her personal belongings.
