Thomas Miller, of Clay County, Jacksonville, Florida, was arrested for running over his girlfriend with his vehicle. Miler was charged with aggravated battery.

Miller’s girlfriend, 42, said they had an argument on Tue. night, Dec. 23. Miller demanded she get down from his car. Miller then drove close to her and ran her down. The woman was treated at a hospital for a broken right hip. The doctor who treated her had the opinion that she could have been run over by a vehicle.

The Sheriff’s deputy who went to Thomas Miller’s house saw tire marks on the driveway. There were finger marks on the hood in front of the steering wheel. The finger marks suggested someone was pulled under the vehicle.
