Theron Thomas Kent was found guilty of killing Beau Arndt, 18, late in 2007. Jurors took 3 hours to come to this tough verdict.

Theron Thomas Kent, 57, of Topeka was convicted of involuntary manslaughter, hunting without permission and criminal discharge of a firearm. The inncident happened on Dec. 15, 2007. Theron Thomas Kent will be sentenced at 1:15 p.m. Aug. 12. Theron Thomas Kent has paid a bond and is free until his sentencing.
