A male driver of a 2007 BMW X3 crashed his car into a Chanukah Wonderland party in Woodmere, Nassau. About 100 people were attending a party in the Chanukah Wonderland store. It was a party for Hanukkah celebrations on Thur., Dec. 25. Around 14 people were sent to hospitals for treatment.

Nassau police said it appeared to be an accident with the driver in his 70s. Police refused to release the name of the driver. The press discovered the BMW is registered to Theodore Saretsky, 76, of Beech Street, Atlantic Beach. Saretsky is a psychologist with no previous accidents or driving violations.
