Janaki Purushe had told in her interview with CNN that she had a boyfriend. So, Janaki Purushe is spoken for. That was her message spoken and unspoken.

in Rockville, Maryland, Janaki Purushe went green when she gave up driving to work. Janaki Purushe did not exactly give up her car. Janaki Purushe just opted not to use it. She had a bike and a car. That was her luxury.

Janaki Purushe worked at a place about 5 miles away from her home. Janaki Purushe cycled to work. Janaki Purushe brought her office attire to change into upon reaching her office.

Janaki Purushe has enjoyed her green experience. The exposure had sharpened her senses. Being in touch with nature, scenery, humans, drivers and life made her more aware.

Janaki Purushe decided that she would use her bicycle for other transportation needs to her bank and grocery store too.

This is in the warm months. Come winter, it would be back to the car.

Anyone who lives in a four season locale typically parks it during the winter or in bad weather (e.g., heavy rain). A good friend of mine lives in Oregon and rides his bike about 10 miles each way to work. He parks it in winter. The point is that bike riders use them as they can, which is more than most of the population in the U.S.
