“The Oxford Project” is a new book. The Oxford Project contains black and white pictures with histories to give a patchwork quilt picture of a small town. Peter Feldstein was the photographer who took the pictures of almost all the residents of the small town, Oxford, in Iowa in 1984. There were 676 residents in Oxford. Peter Feldstein photographed 670 Oxford residents. Then 20 years later, in 2004, he decided to catch up on them and photographed all the residents of Oxford again.
