The Hillside Stranglers refers to Kenneth Bianchi and Angelo Buono. The Hillside Stranglers were cousins. The Hillside Stranglers were convicted of kidnap, rape, torture and killings of females from 12 – 28. The Hillside Stranglers did the crimes from 1977- 1978. The Hillside Stranglers were named because they did their offences in the hills above LA, California.

The road that is worst ninth bottleneck in US is the eastbound Eisenhower Expressway at Mannheim Road, at the end of the infamous “Hillside Strangler” that begins at the junction with the Ronald Reagan Memorial Tollway.
