Tharin Gartrell was arrested on the road during a traffic light stop. Tharin Gartrell was found with 2 rifles, 1 bulletproof vest, ammunition, walkie talkies and suspected drugs. Tharin Gartrell is a suspect in a plot to assassinate Barack Obama during his acceptance speech in Denver. Police arrested Tharin Gartrell on Sunday, August 24.

Tharin Gartrell was arrested in Aurora, Colorado, outside the city of Denver. Tharin Gartrell was spotted when he drove in is rental pickup truck in an erratic manner. An accomplice of Tharin Gartrell was picked up at a hotel after he jumped from 6th floor and broke his ankle. Another man and woman were also arrested. When interviewed, a suspect told that they were going to assassinate Barack Obama. One man wore a ring that had an assciation with a white supremacist group. The Secret Service, FBI and terrorism forces are investigating the alleged plot to assassinate Barack Obama
