Froylen Casares, 24, is a suspect in a case where a man was beaten to death. The deceased victim was not named. Froylen Casares has evaded capture.

Froylen Casares was hired by Texas State Rep. Kino Flores. Kino Flores admitted employing Froylen Casares without checking his immigration papers.
