Teddy Dupay was arrested and charged with assault and sexual assault on a woman in June 2008, at a ski resort in Utah.
Teddy Dupay, 29, admitted he and the woman got rough but denied the rape charge.

The woman had injuries. She alleged Teddy Dupay beat her. Teddy Dupay supposed raped her and threatened her with death Teddy Dupay supposedly threatened to kill her family too.
Teddy Dupay was an ex basketball player for Florida until his gambling cost him his job.
