Ted Dekker: BoneMan’s Daughters by Ted Dekker
By Therese Lisieux on April 29th, 2009Ted Dekker, 46, has released his latest novel, “BoneMan’s Daughters”. The story is about a father who searched for his kidnapped daughter. He raced against time to find his daughter before she gets harmed by her kidnapper.
Dekker discussed about his background growing up in the cannibal jungle communities of Kangime. Dekker’s parents, John and Helen Dekker, were missionaries. In 1968, two of the Dekkers’ fellow missionaries were killed and eaten by cannibals. American Phil Masters and Australian Stan Dale lost their lives to cannibals. Dekker said his background helped him to write his novels.
