Taye Biddle, New York Giants receiver, has two gunshot wounds. Biddle was shot in his leg and hand on Sunday, Jan 18. Biddle was shot in Decatur, Alabama.

Biddle was treated at a hospital and released. He has been told to recover at home.

Police said Biddle did not cause or provoke the shooting. Police have not motives for the shooting and have not arrested anyone in relation to it.

Taye Biddle was promoted from the practice squad to replace Plaxico Burress, who shot himself in his leg in November 2008.
