Tara Heffner, who uses the stage name of Veronica Varlow, did some instructional videos for OneMinuteU.com, which was an affiliate of the Learning Annex. The company posted the videos and called her a “Young Sexy Porn Star Stripper Dancer” and a “Big T— Sexy Teen Girl.”

Heffner/ Varlow worked as a burlesque performer and objected to the description of herself as a “porn star stripper”. Heffner wants to sue as she felt the name labeling had damaged her reputation, business, caused her mental pain and emotional anguish. Heffner also has an online fashion store called Danger Dame.
