Tamara Greene was a dancer who may have performed in a rumored party at the Manoogian Mansion of the Mayor of Detroit in 2003. Greene danced under the professional name called Strawberry. Tamara Greene was driving to her boyfriend’s house when she was killed in a drive by shooting.

Eric Mitchell, Greene’s boyfriend, escaped unhurt. The former Mayor of Detroit, Kwame Kilpatrick, had denied any involvement in the murder of Tamara “Strawberry” Greene. Nobody in the rumored party was willing to come forward to give formal testimony.

When Kwame Kilpatrick was forced to quit, Ken Cockrel took over to become the interim Detroit Mayor. Tamara Greene’s family wants to get the text messages exchanged between Ms. Greene and Kwame Kilpatrick/ related persons. Mayor Cockrel is now accused by the family of Tamara Greene of blocking information (text messages) that may help solve the murder case of Tamara Greene. Jonathan Bond, 14, has filed a $150 million lawsuit against federal authorities.
