Swizz Beats had previously denied Alicia Keys played a factor in the break up of his marriage with Mashonda. Recently, Swizz Beats admitted he loved Alicia Keys. However, Swizz Beats said he his relationship with Keys should not play a factor in his divorce with Mashonda.

Mashonda has taken Swizz Beats to court for reducing child support payments for their son, Kasseem Jr. Swizz Beats alleged his $3500 monthly plus bill payments was sufficient. Mashonda claimed she had insufficient money. Read details here. Link includes photo.

Swizz Beats denied Alicia Keys factor in separation with Mashonda

Swizz Beatz defended Alicia Keys. Swizz Beatz took the brave forward step by denying that Alicia Keys had anything to do with his marriage with Mashonda breaking up.

Mashonda said in a new interview on Sirius Shade 45’s “Lip Service”, that Alicia Keys caused a rift in her relationship with her former husband, Swizz Beatz. Mashonda acknowledged sje found credit card statement that matched dates and cities on an Alicia Keys tour. Mashonda was able to laugh about it.

Mashonda said she had sensed there wa something wrong in her relationship with Swizz Beatz before Alicia Keys came up. Mashonda said her ex was a man of the moment. Mashonda said she has forgiven her ex husband. (Source)
